Storage

You’ve made the best turkey dinner ever, and now need to save your leftovers. Here we will give you some easy ways to store your food and some do’s and don’ts.

Finish carving your turkey and separate out the white and dark meats. We like to use sealed air tight containers with locking lids to put our turkey in. You can also use a zip lock type storage baggie. Put the meat into your preferred storage container  then refrigerate. Your turkey should be good for several days in the refrigerator. If you are going to freeze the meat we suggest using a vacuum sealer. This will keep the meat fresher longer. The turkey should be good for several months in the freezer.
