After removing your turkey from the roasting pan and onto a cutting board to rest, place the roasting pan onto the stove over a medium-high heat and whisk in the flour. Cook this mixture for 1 minute. Gradually whisk in the broth and cook for another 5 minutes or until the gravy thickens. Using a strainer, pour the gravy through the strainer into your gravy boat and then stir in the parsley. Serve warm and enjoy.
